Choose a support method

1) Click on the icon to download Team Viewer.

2) Click on Save.

3) Open TeamViewer. If you do not know where, look in Download folder. For direct access to the Download folder press Ctrl + j keys simultaneously.

4) Click on Run. As in the first image to the right.

5) Now you will see a window like the second image to the right, give us your IDcode.

Join.Me

1) Click on the icon to download join.Me.

2) Click on Save.

3) Open join.Me. If you do not know where, look in Download folder. For direct access to the Download folder press Ctrl + j keys simultaneously.

4) Click on Run and follow the steps to install it. As in the first image to the left.

5) When it is opened, click on Share

6) You will see your code at the top, like the second image to the left, something like this join.me/XXX-XXX-XXX , give us your code.

7) Click on the icon with a person.

8) Click on SWAP as you see on the picture.

Team Viewer for Mac OS

1. Click on "Download Team Viewer".

2. Select "Open with" in the window "Opening SupportSpeechWare-Mac-es.zipâ€ to unzip automatically the file after donwload it. As in the first image to the left.

3. Click on â€œRunâ€ to start the download.

4. Run the file downloaded.

5. Now you will see a window like the second image to the right, give us your IDcode.
