We will call you for guidance, if you run into technical problems during the installation process. We will survey the whole process through an Internet Webinar and see your screen. Eventually, we can even take the control of your PC. Please note that, if you do not purchase this service bundled with (at the same time of) the Upgrade and you run into trouble, you will need to pay our tecnical assistance by Internet (Webinar) at a rate of EURO 149 per hour without VAT afterwards...
